Nour Alrabie
Nour Alrabie is 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗿 [MCF] 𝗼𝗳 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 at Université Toulouse – Jean Jaurès.
Her research explores the intricate interplay between 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽, 𝗱𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, and 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗰𝘀 in our rapidly evolving digital landscape.
She served as a 𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁 for the sub-plenary titled “Genealogies of Care and a New Legacy of Wellbeing in Management and Organization Studies” during the 39th EGOS colloquium and held the role of 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗿 for the track “digital strategies for eHealth” at the 31st AIMS annual conference.
As a Toulouse-based researcher, Nour is deeply embedded within the networks of both the 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝗰𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀 in Toulouse.

Entrepreneurship
Entrepreneurship is viewed as change, generally entailing risk beyond what is normally encountered in starting a business, which may include other values than simply economic ones
Management
Management (or managing) is the administration of an organization, whether it is a business, a non-profit organization, or a government body
Strategy
Strategy provides overall direction to an enterprise and involves specifying the organization’s objectives, developing policies and plans to achieve those objectives, and then allocating resources to implement the plans

Human resource management is the strategic approach to the effective and efficient management of people in a company or organization such that they help their business gain a competitive advantage
